- 3 lbs fresh Florida green beans
- 1 lb ham, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 t. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 t. sugar
Snap green beans, wash and cover with water. Add: ham and seasonings, bring to a boil in Dutch Oven, simmer for 35 minutes. Serves: 12
